- ½ 125g crunchy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 egg
- 500g lean beef mince

Warm peanut butter in the microwave on high for 30 seconds to soften. Mix in curry powder and egg. Add to mince and mix well to combine. Roll the mixture into 6 fat sausages, and insert a skewer into each. BBQ or grill, turning to brown evenly until cooked through.

Serve as a burger or on a pita bread with sweet chilli sauce and salad. They can also be enjoyed as a pattie with the lovely Roast Beetroot & Feta Salad.
